What personal data we collect and why we collect it

This website is powered by WooCommerce and by default  the customer name, address , phone number and email address are collected.  The reason it is collected is so that the customer may open a unique account with us and if the customer has questions or problems with the account we may quickly access the information about their purchases and downloads.

Opening an account to make a product download does NOT add you to our mailing list.  In order to be added to our mailing list and be made aware of new products, you must subscribe to the mailing list.

We do not sell or share your name and address.

We retain inactive accounts for 12 months.  We retain pending orders for 15 days.  We retain failed orders for 5 days.  We retain cancelled orders for 5 days.  We retain completed orders indefinitely so a customer may see quickly what they have ordered in the past.

What rights you have over your data

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

We don’t often send out emails but if at any time you want to be removed from the mailing list, just click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.  You also can send us an email directly and ask that your email be removed from our list and we will remove it.
